Copyright forms part of Law on Incorporeal rights, a branch of law which deals with the protection of values of a non-physical character. The Law on Incorporeal rights consists of a number of acts which give the producer the right to use the produced. Among these acts are the Patents Act, the Trade Descriptions Act, the Marketing Act and of course the Copyright Act.
