Payment should be made free of any bank handling charges to the receiver e.g. all bank charges for effecting an international money transfer must be met by the remitter, including charges imposed by the beneficiary's agent.

Confirmation of registration
A confirmation of your registration and payments will be sent to you by DEF.

Personal or company cheques cannot be accepted.

Prices include VAT and breakfast.

Your hotel reservation will be confirmed by DEF in connection with confirmation of your registration. All alterations or cancellations concerning reservations for accomodation should be communicated in writing.

To make the stay healthy and energetic, you are allowed to use fitness room, tennis court and swimming pool. Some of the rooms have a computer plug. If you want a room with a computer plug please let us know, and we will make a reservation. Unlimited use in 24 hours will cost app. DKK 150,- (app. EUR 20,-)

In the lobby there are two computers with Internet connection available for use - free of charge.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing and addressed to Denmark's Electronic Research Library.
Cancellations made before July 20th can expect a refund except administration fee of Dkk 230.- and bank charges related to sending the money back.
Cancellations after July 20th will be refunded 50%, cancellations after September 20th will be refunded 25% and no refunds will be made for no-shows.
